Cydney had an exciting 2009 track season that saw her win her first CCS triple Jump title. Only a Freshman the excitement continued to build when she qualified for the State Finals. The Mt Pleasant standout placed ninth overall and showed that she can mix it up with some of the best preps in the business.
with her 39'.6.25" performance she became the only freshman in california to have one of the top ten performances in the event. For a beginner cydney certainly understands what it takes to be truly successful at the TJ.
The California prep sensation has shown her extreme talent since her youth year in Age Group, but it seemed her freshman track season propelled her to a whole new level. 09 is going to be one to remember with Cydney's charged to victory and closing out the year on a high note for the Cardinals Jump squad.
