Saturday, April 18, 2009 - The Sun was warm, the grass was green, the air was fresh and the party was just getting started as members and families of LSI all gathered around the swimming pool for some good old-fashion fun ... trading in their chance to dash for a chance to splash!
It was the type of fun that saw Hot dogs and Hamburgers, Jambalaya and Steak, Flavored Chicken and Stuff Chicken Pasta Shells, Chinese Salad and Corn, Greens and Homemade Zukini Bread. Watermelon, Cantalope, Grapes, Strawberry and even Marshmellow sticks.
It was the kinda fun that unless you were some joystick-baring kid spending the remains of dull weekend in front a busted gameboy, then you've probably should have been there ... Partying like a Rock Star!
And thanks to our gracious hosts Mike and Corrie for donating their home. It was a wonderful weekend of fun!
