Ain't no hurdle high enough!
Palo Alto, CA - The Standford invitatiional is in many cases is the number one premiere High School Sanction track meeet in California. The invitational brings together many of the top track and field High School athletes frm Northern to Southern California.
The best sprint event of the weekend on the women's side is easily the 100 Meter Hurdles as athletes like Katie Nelms, Kori carter and Trinity wilson dot the line-up. challenging for a top finish LSI's own Katie Nelms showed she's strong competition going into the finals. In an easy qualifying time of 14.48 to take first in her heat. Katie is looking to make early fireworks in the finals.
