For me LSI doesn't just stand for Love, Strength and Integrity. To me it means Life, Support and Inspiration. I chose these words because they are what family are all about. LSI isn't just a Track Team, LSI is a family. I can't wait until I put on my uniform because that uniform says that I am a member of the LSI family and that is a big privilege for me.

Coach Al is the best coach in the world because he cheers me on along with the rest fo the team and makes me want to do my best everyday. Coach Al is very loving man because he is determined to teach every kid on the team how to do his or her very best. Coach Al's work means a lot to me, so here is to you Coach Al. "Thank you!"
