I want to run for LSI because I Love to run Track and want to become a Trackstar and to do that I need the best training. They have the best equipment for us, they spend time with us giving coaching tips and they Love us as if we were their own daughters and sons. Coach Al and Coach Canada spend a lot of quality time with our technique and drills.
The letters LSI to me means many things. The L in LSI stands for Love. The Love that we have for the sport. S is for the courage to Shake everyone's hand after a race and also the strength, that if we come in last we'll have the srength to get back up and do better the next time. I for Integrity to step out on the track and do our best. But the letters also mean L=Leader, to be brave enough to encourage everyone in your heat to grabs hands and pray for eachother. S=smart to know what you are doing and why. I=Individual, to be number 1 on the track. To do things without anyone telling us and to be different.
LSI will help me with my goals like becoming a Trackstar. If we listen to our instructions and understand them, then all we have to do is make them make sense out there on the track.
When I am older I would like to be like Allyson Felix and Florence Griffith Joyner because they are my idols and being on LSI will help me break their records. Coach Al and Coach Canada's training will help me succeed in my goals.
