LSI has the best coaches to me. They know what they are doing and are always teaching us new things to help us run faster. Coach Al and Coach Canada don't just line us up and make us run they do more than that. They put their heart into it and Love what they do.

Another reason why I like running for LSI is because we go to different track meets. Some track teams go to the same track meets they've been going to for years. It can be boring going to the same old track meets. Going to new track meets gives you an ooportunity to meet new teams and probably new friends.

Finally, there's one last reason I like it at LSI .... Hey! its just me and all these beautiful girls!
